Monkey Bizniz – Chaotic Co-op Banana Hauling Hits Steam

Monkey Bizniz might just be the most ridiculous co-op game on your radar this year — a physics-driven banana-hauling adventure where up to four friends wobble a wildly overloaded wooden cart up treacherous mountains for the Monkey King’s feast. Every banana you grab makes the cart heavier and the climb more precarious, turning teamwork into hilarious, blame-throwing chaos.

The Story / Concept

You and your buddies are a troupe of mischievous monkeys with one job: collect as many bananas as you can and haul them to the summit using a fragile wooden cart. Run, climb, and tumble from sandy beaches through dense jungle to the mountain top — just try not to eat them all on the way. Self-described as the “first banana-extraction game,” Monkey Bizniz comes from Starlight Games, a team that includes industry veterans like Nick Burcombe of Wipeout fame, born out of three months of internal game jams.

Core Gameplay Features

1. Unpredictable Physics Chaos

The cart is the real star — and the real problem.

  • Push, pull, and balance an ever-heavier banana cart across unstable terrain
  • Navigate wobbly platforms, slippery bridges, shipwrecks, and rolling boulders
  • Every banana added raises the stakes — one bad bump can send the whole load tumbling

2. Built for Teamwork (and Sabotage)

Coordination is everything, and so is comedy.

  • One monkey steadies the cart while others trigger mechanisms or operate machinery
  • Solve puzzles together to open new paths up the mountain
  • Up to four players online — expect both heroic saves and total catastrophes

3. Sandbox Levels to Explore

Each stage is a playground packed with hidden rewards.

  • Wide, open sandbox levels reward climbing, swinging, and exploration
  • Hunt down hidden bananas and treasure tucked off the beaten path
  • Customizable monkeys let you bring some personality to the mayhem

Who Is This For?

If your friend group lives for chaotic party co-op — the kind where the fun comes from things going hilariously wrong — Monkey Bizniz is built for you. It sits comfortably alongside physics-comedy multiplayer hits, and the free demo lets you try the first full level before committing. Grab a few friends and see whose nerves crack first.

Pro Tip

Greed is the enemy. It’s tempting to pile every last banana onto the cart, but an overloaded load on a steep, unstable slope is a recipe for disaster. Communicate constantly, assign one person to stabilize the cart on tricky terrain, and know when to make the summit run before the whole thing topples back down the mountain.
