Create Your Own Warrior Cat
A detailed character creator gives you millions of possible combinations for building a cat of your own. From there, you choose among ThunderClan, RiverClan, ShadowClan and WindClan, training from apprentice to warrior while your decisions, quests and relationships shape a personal legacy across the forest.
Core Gameplay Features
Four Original Clan Stories
Prophecy Mode contains four storylines built around the trials of Clan life. Each campaign visits familiar territories and sacred places—including the Moonpool and the Island—while introducing a new prophecy and encounters with recognizable cats from the books.
Turn-Based 3v3 Battles
Combat supports teams of up to three cats against rival Clan warriors, wildlife and larger threats. Seventy-five moves can be discovered and unlocked, giving players room to build different tactical combinations instead of relying on one fixed set of attacks.
Hunt, Explore and Shape the Forest
Track scents, hunt prey, gather materials and craft useful items inside your den. Environmental puzzles, tree climbing and movement through undergrowth make exploration active, while procedurally generated characters and quests help different playthroughs develop their own stories.
Three Ways to Play
Alongside Prophecy Mode, Defender Mode challenges you to survive a single run against the game’s fiercest enemies. Skirmish Mode adds asynchronous battles, and online systems also let you visit friends’ camps, craft helpful items and send resources without requiring everyone to be online together.
Who Is Warrior Cats: Clans of the Forest For?
Longtime readers will get the most from recognizing the Clans, territories and established characters, but the original protagonist and self-contained stories also provide an entry point for newcomers. It should appeal to players who enjoy character creation, approachable turn-based RPG systems and story-rich exploration.
Pro Tip
Choose your Clan for its identity and story rather than trying to find a single “best” option. Early on, explore thoroughly and unlock a broad selection of combat moves before specializing your three-cat team, since different enemies can punish an overly narrow strategy.
